The client needed help figuring out how to add a bedroom and potentially another bathroom into her existing footprint to accommodate the increasing need for privacy with her teenage children.  We worked together to come up with a variety of options through simple floor plan sketches.  Our ideas included options that ranged from a very minimal amount of construction interference to a much higher degree of updates and longer construction timeline, all of which were important considerations for the family.  The client is currently considering their design options.
