Studio Goetz was the interior designer and architect for a major interior remodel of 160 m2 home in an iconic boutique building in downtown Seattle, Washington.  We submitted plans for the interior updates, which included adding a bedroom and full bathroom, as well as moving the kitchen, for a building permit.  In addition to the major floor plan updates, we did a finish overhaul with new flooring, bathroom finishes, kitchen finishes, wall treatments, and lighting throughout.
