Val Anne Apartments:

Seattle, Washington

The Val Anne Apartment project included a total exterior and interior remodel of a vintage 1950s apartment complex in the Lower Queen Anne neighborhood of downtown Seattle.  We worked closely with the developer client and contractors to update the buildings common areas and 48 units while preserving the mid century vibes of the space.  We replaced all of the old carpet, painted the rugged stone walls, and updated with thoughtful art and lighting for a major refresh.
