The Parc Condominiums in downtown Seattle include both a high-rise and mid-rise building with separate lobbies that are connected my a long hallway.  We were hired to refresh their outdated lobby spaces, which include a concierge desk, fireplace and lounge, package room, mailbox rooms, and elevator lobby.  We worked closely with the Homeowners Association to design two spaces that met their precise functional requirements and stayed within a tight budget.  The resulting design is modern and warm, highlighted by eye-catching double height lighting fixtures and playful, graphic wallcoverings.
