Helios:

Seattle, Washington

Helios is a 40 story luxury high rise in the center of downtown Seattle with 398 apartments and building amenities that include a fitness and yoga center, theater, dog walk/lounge, and a luxurious hospitality-inspired lobby.  While I was not personally responsible for the design of these spaces, I oversaw the interior design construction administration phase and worked closely with the contractors to ensure the highest level of construction upon project completion.
